My Way is the best song for you!
She always made my day lighter. She gave me great advice on Men!!!
haha....I hope they open the Gates wide for her...and the Laughter will spill out. miss you..
I'll never forget the day about 10 years ago that Mary called and said "we bought a house in Georgetown and its on your street!"
Mary was the most generous person, especially to strangers,or anybody that needed a hand.
She could make me laugh to tears with her many descriptive detailed stories.
She was the most creative decorator, especially at Halloween!
She loved a good yard sale or flea market!
The last couple years we grew apart and I am saddened by that, I will always remember the friend she was, Mary touched a lot of lives, she was one of a kind and she will be missed.
I hope you found peace my friend,Love J

Blackie Whitie
When Mary & I were kids (I was about 6 & Mary would have been 10) we shared a room. We were laying in bed looking at Mary's newest horse that she just got from somewhere for her ever growing horse collection. It was a 6" or so tall little black & white pinto type of horse. It was made of china with delicate legs & a wild mane. We were trying to come up with a name for her newest acquisition...but just couldn't. We tried & tried & tried. Of course, being very tired little girls (who were supposed to be asleep already) we became slap happy. All of sudden we had the prefect name..."Blackie Whitie"! We burst out laughing (because it was so stupid) & couldn't stop. All thru the years, when we needed a laugh, all we had to do was say that stupid name & we both would burst out laughing. I wish I could say that to her now & make her laugh. She had a great sense of humor & would come up with the funniest comebacks I have ever heard. Our Mom always told her to write them down...but I bet she never did. What a shame. But all who knew Mary surely have great stories to share that make life worth remembering...just like "Blackie Whitie"!
Mary loved horses her whole life right up til the end & it all started with her horse collection...wonder where it went?
