Mary Louise Breedlove Cash, 102, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the Granville House.

A native of Vance County, she was the daughter of the late William Claudius Breedlove and Mary Chandler Breedlove. She was a devoted wife to the late Sherriff Julius Cash. Mary attended Rehoboth United Methodist Church. She and her husband owned and operated Lewis’s Store in the Lewis Community for many years. After selling the store and moving to Oxford, she worked part time at Hall’s Drug Store. She was a very talented artist, loved her flowers and loved her nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 17, 2017 at Meadowview Memorial Park by Pastor Will Breedlove.

Surviving is her sister, Elizabeth B. Vaughan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sheriff Julius Cash; six sisters, Naomi B. Clayton, Zelma Jackson, Lucille Floyd, Pattie Mayo, Hazel Ball and Lillie Long; four brothers, Leonard Breedlove, Nelson Breedlove, George Breedlove and Doug Breedlove..


Visitation will be held Friday, November 17, 2017 from 12:30 – 1:30 P.M. at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford.
