Master Jaylen Phenix Johnson was born November 30, 2005 at West GA Medical Center, LaGrange, GA. He departed this life on Thursday, October 24, 2013.
Jaylen was currently a 2nd grader at West Point Elementary School. He looked forward to going to school daily to be with his classmates and friends.
Jaylen was a very outgoing little boy, who was loved by many. One of his greatest pleasures was sports. He played all sports at one time, but later realized that football was his passion. He played linebacker for the West Point Fire Dept. Flag Football Team (West Point Parks and Rec.).
He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother, Catherine Williams.
He leaves to mourn his passing: his dear and devoted mother, Lasonia M.
