Melody and I met when David Brown, a mortgage officer we both knew,put us together.  We spoke over the phone first, and became fast friends.  During the almost two hour initial conversation we had, we began discussing what agents use as their titles on their business cards.  I told her that I favored "Goddess of Real Estate".  Melody told me that she had always wanted to be the "Empress of Real Estate" but no one would give her a tiara.  We scheduled our first meeting and, of course, I presented her with a tiara of her very own.  We were fast friends from there on out.
