I often wondered what life would be like as we siblings grew older? Of course, we are never ready to give up a loved one and of course, selfish me just thought we would all grow old together....but did my life forever change when you left me alone in this world. You were the one that as we would leave to roam the 200 acres of woods, mother would say, Michael take care of your little sister. You taught me how to walk the white picket fence around our house, climb trees, taught me how to ride your new bicycle one summer, took me squirrel hunting for the first time, and in the freezing winter we would go below the bluff and ice skate and in the summer we would go and catch crawl dads in the creeks. I remember you would get a quilt and you and me would go outside at night and watch the stars in the sky and watch the beautiful falling stars. (Of course, everything you told me I believed!!! You taught me how to appreciate the beautiful mountains and creeks and all the beautiful wildflowers that was given to us to apprciate and never take things for granted! I miss you as much today as I did the day you left me on this hill alone, but I promise you one thing, you and your memory will never be forgotten. I will see that Shanna and them grandkids are taken care of the way you would want and withg all my might your memory will live on forever!!!! With all my love and thank you for the beautiful memorys you gave me always!!! Love, Debbie
