kindergarten Jefferson school.

MIchael began kindergarten in Vero Beach Florida. His teacher loved him. She said how smart he was. We moved back to CT during the school year. While waiting in the office at Jefferson Elementary School on Michael' s first day, I heard two voices. A man and a woman. They each said not only do we have the son but we had the mom also. OMG your kindergarten teacher Ms Chase was my kindergarten teacher at Magrath in 1968! The male voice was the Principal who was my fourth grade Principal at Columbus School in 1972. Mr Eriquezzo.

graduation (fast forward many years).

Dad, Grandma and I were so proud watching you receive your diploma. Matthew and Ryan snuck in to watch. Michael you looked so handsome in your cap and gown.

The day you were born.

I woke around 1:00am with a pain in my lower back. After an hour of feeling like I needed to go to the bathroom I woke grandma. She said don't push you are in labor. I thought she was a little nuts since I had nothing more than pressure in my back. No massive pain like you hear about. Grandma called Cousin Patty to take us to the hospital. Patty and her husband both worked for the NPD. While drivingto the hospital Billy came upon a police officer, Billy told the officer i was in labor. The officer happily escorted us to the hospital. We arrived around 3:00am. After the initial check up the doctor he said you would not be born until at least noon. Boy was he wrong! He said to get up and walk. I walked from the bed to the door when I felt a thump. The doctor rushed me to the delivery room. You made your debut into this world at 4:45am 5lbs 6 ounces 16 inches long. Ten fingers, Ten toes and healthy. It was a beautiful day.
