I worked with Lance back in the 1990's and I will always remember him as being full of life, happy, and funny. I would speak to him on the phone often and he would always bring cheer and happiness to my day. I decided to look him up today and am shocked and really upset to see he has passed. I will pray for him and my thoughts and prayers will also be with his wife and girls.

We grew up together but lost touch. I have been away too long. I didn't even know Lance was ill. I wish we had one more fish fry. RIP Cousin.

JB and I have many fond memories of Lance and his family, jet ski races, and riding with us on the Suwannee when he was a single guy. We all smiled in our hearts as we watched him and Amy fall in love! My heart broke today when I learned of his passing. Prayers for you all.

Lance was my friend, and will be greatly missed. He was key in helping me become what I am today in the propane industry. He was very steady and determined, and believed he could do anything he set his mind to. He Loved his wife and girls. He was the one guy that no matter how elevated he was, he stayed planted on the ground, and made you feel as you were equal. Love ya friend.

I met Lance when he moved to High Springs and started going to Santa Fe High. We had a lot of interest in common, Anything with Horse Power. I will always remember all the good times we had together with all of our other friends we had in common. Even though in the last few years our lives have taken different paths, I will always consider Lance Swann a friend of mine.  R.I.P. Friend!

I've known Lance since the 8th grade when we were the only two guys in a class of all girls. One memory that stands out was picking up the typing teachers car and turning it sideways between two cars. I got suspended. We remained great friends never losing touch even after he moved to High Springs. He has always been there no matter what he had going on . Lance, you will be missed my brother.
