Mike went into the marines when he was 17. He even forged his parents signature. When marines found out, they let him be in the reserves till he was old enough. He loved being a Marine. He served many years in active duty as well as reserves. Retired as Sgt. Maj. He was able to go to his 50 year reunion a few years back. We went on Amtrak which is something he always wanted to do. Had a beautiful military service. Michael, Rest in Peace. I know you are in Heaven. No wheelchair, No pain, sorrow. Walking and singing and praising the Lord! Probaly Sgt Maj. is up there with all your fellow marines! Ooorah!
