I am so sorry you have lost your beloved mother and grandmother. I just met her this year and thought she was a delightful lady. There was no doubt that her family was her pride and joy. She left us way too soon.

When I first met Mildred I thought she was the most elegant lady I had ever met. She was always immaculate in her appearance, her makeup and more than this, her manners and her personality were elegant. She was gentle and soft spoken and she never had a harsh word to say about anyone. It was easy to see why she had become such an important part in the life of her male friend Billy. Mildred was brave in her fight against the illness that attacked her and she tried so hard to be strong for those who loved her. I admired her sweet spirit and her gentleness so much and I know everyone whose lives she touched will miss her. It was often said what a great mother she was and just knowing her as a younger friend, I can certainly see why people felt this way. Mildred was a dear lady and I know she will be greatly missed by all of us. My deepest sympathies to her family and prayers for healing. Shelia Butts
