Mildred, you were a beautiful person, a selfless giver and nurturer. You shared everything without hesitation and gave yourself away readily to whoever might need you. You blessed me and our extended family forever. I love knowing you're with our loved ones; we're headed there soon, all of us. What a reunion that will be!! Love always, your cousin Gwen

Your contribution to our family history research is greatly appreciated. Personally, I will always cherish my correspondence with you. You were so kind in your sharing of information. There are so many of us who were inspired and encouraged to continue with the research, and I, for one, will continue to "pay it forward" in sharing that research with other cousins I meet along the way. Rest in peace, dear Mildred.

Mom, I miss you more than words can express. You will live on in all of the many lives that you have touched over the years. You were giving beyond imagine, always thinking of others. I may not have always understood you when I was growing up......the older I got the more I understood the ups and the downs. You were an amazing woman and I am so blessed to have had you as my mom. Thank you for teaching us what love is all about and how to care for others. I cherish the memories that I have....you will be forever in my heart.

Mom you will truly be missed.
I pick up the phone to call you a hundred times a day just to remember you are no longer here with us you were such a major part of so many lives and always so eager to share family history and teach canning techniques, and help out at church gatherings and pot lucks. although I wasn't appreciative of it when I was younger I look at all the old pictures of Rhonda and I in our matching outfits and realize the love and care you put in to making them. you had such a generous spirit
