On March 25,1993 I was blessed with Monique she weighed in at 8lbs 9 oz 19 inches long Monique was born with a terminal illness known as Holoprosencephaly what that is is part of her brain didn't form and it was the part that she could walk talk control her temperature life was we knew it was a big change and knowing that our baby girl was different and her dignoses was unlike no other a life of meds learning how to take care of Monique at times it was hard a new mother who didn't know anything was wrong with my beautiful baby until I was 8 months pregnant she was born with a clef lip so I couldn't nurse her had to learn how to tube fee her but time love and patience we got there got through it she was a good baby that I've been praying for and was blessed to have since I was told at 13 I'd never have babies I decided to go on birth control for the first 5 yrs so I could dedicate all my time to Monique after 5 years we added her sister Santana then her sister Elessa followed by a blood nephew Jose then her last sister Tatianna the 2 older girls would just take care of Monique they called her there little big sister and loved her life no other they would play with her as she sat in her wheelchair cover her if she was cold or spray her with her water bottle if she was hot  the 2 younger ones don't remember her much on May 29,2006 Monique passed away in her sleep I miss her and a big part of my heart died with her I thank God for blessing me with Monique as well as her sisters and brother they keep me going and Monique keeps me strong I know she's up in heaven watching over me it's not goodbye only until later I will see her again someday love you my Angle Baby Monique forever missed never forgotten
