Mr. Morris Gray Sr. was born January 26, 1931 to Susie Gray and James C. Gray in Birmingham ,Alabama .

He Confessed Christ at an early age and was a member of New Home Missionary Baptist Church.

Mr. Gray attended J.D. Thompson High School.

He was married to Annie Lee Leonard on January 6, 1956, in Rockford, Alabama . Mr. Gray enlisted in the United States Army on May 8, 1952. His ranking in the Army was CPL. He was employed with Floyd & Beasley as a truck driver until he retired.

Mr. Gray leaves to Cherish his memories; a devoted wife, Annie Lee Gray a daughter Annie Lillian Howard, a son, Morris Gray Jr., a son-in-law Jeffrey Howard, a daughter­ in-law Jennifer Sue Leonard Gray. Two grandsons: Morris Jerel Gray (Mindal Renee), Joshua Maurice Gray, one granddaughter Annie Olivia Howard, one great grandson, two sisters: Lillie Mae Fields, Kate Virginia Gray.
