Franklin, Mr. James D., a resident of Lanett, AL, died Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at his residence. 

Funeral Services for Mr. James D. Franklin are scheduled for Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. from Ebenezer Baptist Church, Lanett, AL, Rev. Eugene Cooks, Pastor, Rev. Bernard Williams, Officiant.

Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Lanett, AL.

Public Viewing is scheduled for Monday, September 12, 2016 at Davis Memorial Mortuary Chapel.

Hello my name is Lindsey and I'm one of Jehivahs witnesses. I just want to say how sorry i am for your loss. A comforting scripture in the Bible that majority of people including me find very soothing at Acts 24:15 " There will be a ressurection of the righteous and the unrighteous". How amazing that will be when we get to see our loved ones who've passed away again soon!
