Ramsey, Mr. Walter, a resident of Valley, AL, died Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at East Alabama Medical Center, Opelika, AL.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 12:00 Noon (EST) from Pilgrim Baptist Church, Lanett, AL with Rev. Frederick James, Ph.D. officiating.
Interment will follow in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, AL. Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley directing.

Imagine if I was given one moment, just a single slice of my past, I could hold it close forever, and that moment would always last. Gone but not forgotten. Walt was/is family and we worked together for years, in Langdale Mill. Those were the days. Walt lived a good life, and will always be remembered by all his friends. Will be missed by all his friends . In closing I say to God Be The Glory, for all that he has done.
