Our dear, sweet, Sister in the Lord, meant so much
to us. When we first starting going to Antioch, Dear
Sister Willie Kate called and wanted us to come eat
with her in her daughter’s home, Brenda.
I have to admit, this is the first time we ever went
to a home of someone we didn’t know and had
a wonderful supper with them. It amazed Tommy
and I. We became so close to her and loved her
and her family with all our hearts. The Lord truly
blessed her with many years. When she was able, she
enjoyed life…especially her family and church.
She was one of the sweetest ladies that we
have ever met. We have visited her in her
home and she showed such love and her Christian
light shown so bright. These past
few years have been long and hard for
her, but God was always there with her.
She had a longing to go to her natural
home, but was always prepared to go to
her spiritual home. Sister Willie Kate,
met her goal in life. One thing she
can say, “I’ll Be Waiting At The River
For You”. No more heartaches, no
more sorrows, no more tears to dim
the eyes, we will never say goodbye, again
to you. Hand in hand we’ll stroll together
walking heaven’s avenue.
“She’ll be waiting at the river for you… and
all her family and friends she has known along life’s
road.
We are so sad that Tommy’s health is
so bad. He goes into heart atrial fibrillation
quiet a bit lately, and under pressure seems to trigger it.

We hope and pray the family
will understand. He did tell her he
would try, but we believe she would have
understood.

We know beyond a shadow of a doubt. The Bible says
be absent from this body is to be present with
the Lord. II Corinthians: 5-8. She has run the race and
has finished her course.

Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness,
which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. II Timothy 4:8

It’s not good-bye, but only “Good Night”!
We will meet you in the morning.
