Funeral serivces are scheduled for Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. from Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, Lanett, AL,
Pastor Louis Upshaw, Eulogist and Dr. Tanda Joy Canion, Officiant.

Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Lanett, AL.

Public Viewing is scheduled for Friday, December 28, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m at Davis Memorial Mortuary Chapel.
