Michael was born in late March, 1979. He liked making people laugh and he adored when people made him laugh as well. He always loved the outdoors. Skateboarding and snowboarding were his passion. He loved Star Wars and zombie movies, rock and pop music, role playing, video games and online games such as World of Warcraft were his addiction. He loved traveling and was able to do so the year prior to his death.

Michael was a fun, loving person who adored making new friends. Blog for a Cure didn't only make a huge impact in his life but in mine as well. It's a wonderful place to meet people affected by Cancer, whether it is personally or through a loved one. When a terrible disease such as this one strikes you, a lot of times the one thing that makes it all better is knowing there are a lot of people out there who understand what you are going through, who support and encourage you.

Michael passed away early on April 3rd, 2010 at the age of 31. But he will live on forever in all the friends he made while he was still with us. He left a precious legacy in his daughter and all of the friends he made while fighting his disease. He left a place for all of us to remember him fondly and where he will never be forgotten.
