"Rest in Peace Nate! Im happy that I was able to help you out a bit at Hillcrest Commons! My condolenses to his family. He was probably the most well known person in the city! He had a rough life, hopefully now he finds some peace!!"
"I knew your brother is his healthy days. He was handsome, gregarious, and could sing, dance, and play basketball with the best. He got lost, could not be helped, but remained in the arms of those in the community that new him for over 30 years. Wherever he has gone, it is warm and loving..what Nate deserves from his end on this cold earth. RIP old friend."
"I don't have any specific memories. I do remember that Nate, when I saw him at least, was always kind and gentle. Most of the people I know always knew of him, but never really knew him. I spoke to him on several occasions, prayed with him, and even shared a couple of meals with him. Most people only saw his addictions. I saw him, and he was beautiful. R.I.P. Nate."
"Continued: I will miss my brother who told everyone at Hillcrest Commons "that's my baby brother". I Miss You Brother! Love Baby Brother "Barry Woodson"."
"My dearest brother (Nate) passed away from this life at 8:43 am. As he reached for my hands and we held hands I told him you don't have to fight anymore, at one point I said, "Nate you be strong even though he laid there weakened and pain. I managed to give him water to drink, he was so persistent holding that cup to drink. JUST AS PERSISTENT!!! As you all remembered him."
