I still miss you every day and think about you often. It has gotten easier over the years but this year 2020 hit me so hard losing Katelyn. She was my everything and reason for living. I was to give her more then I ever had and I was to go before her. I know though you are with her now and are watching over her until I can be with the both of you. I miss my mom so much all the time but during the holidays are especially hard. She was my best friend and we did everything together. At Christmas I would help her get Dinner ready and I miss that so much. I miss the way her face looked when she would open her Christmas presents. I loved watching her watch my daughter open the presents she bought her. My mom loved everyone and was one that would give her last dollar if you needed it. Missing you this year at Christmas Mom. I remember this one time when we went on a road trip with mom. We were just driving to see where we could get too. We ended up in West Virginia at a huge mall. We decided to go shopping that day. It was just mom, Diane and me. I didn’t have Katelyn yet. I didn’t know the best part of my life was coming and my family would be complete then.

I remember this one Christmas, I was taking pictures of everyone with their presents and mom holds up her new bra, it was so funny because I took the picture and then I said mom that’s your bra. I still have that picture and laugh when I see it. Mom always had a great spirit at Christmas time, even when times were hard. Love you mom and miss you at Christmas
