Mr. Olin Brooks, 79 of LaFayette died Monday September 28, 2015 at the Wellstar Douglas Hospital in Douglasville, Georgia.
A memorial service was held on Friday October 2, 2015 at the Five Points Baptist Church with family & friends officiating.
