My dear Opeyemi, five years ago, our dear Lord Jesus Christ took you home to be with him for eternity. Princess and I still miss you a lot but your legacy lives on. You were a great wife, far better than I was a husband, but you showed me true love to the end and I am so blessed to have had the privilege of being the earthly husband to a woman as wonderful as you. Thank you for being a great mother to our daughter, Princess. She's doing well and in good hands by God's grace. Sleep on my dear, till we meet again some day at the master's feet; in the far future by God's grace.

After almost 4 years of your departure,I still found it really hard to put into words the pain I felt about your departure.I didn't just lose a friend but a really close sister.
You were a prayer partner and friend indeed.
How will I forget how you followed me to clinics as I waited on God for the promise of my child despite your own personal challenges, so selfless an individual you were.
You were a woman of Faith, your words ring in my ears "sister me ,olorun mase''.hmmm alas shame to the devil, two months to the delivery of the long awaited promise of the child we prayed together for ,you went to be with the Lord. I remember on that fateful day my husband could not break the news of your departure to me untill later, cause he was not sure of my reaction due to my being heavy with a child.
I miss you dear sister and friend.
Rest on till we meet to part no more at the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ.....

‘Ope’ as I would call her was a great wife and a very good mother. She was a brilliant lady who would sacrifice anything to help others without expecting anything in return. Ope’s hardworking ethos is legendary amongst our friends and she had a very kind, thoughtful and Godly heart. She was my pillar of support and a blessing to her world. Opeyemi had a heart for God and served HIM with all her might and resources. To say I will miss her is an understatement, but I rest in hope that when my race here is done, and my eyes on earth are closed to be opened in eternity with Christ Jesus, I will see Ope’s beautiful face again at the feet of our Lord.
