Frank was such a dear friend and very close confidant. He was always there and willing to help at any time. I will truly miss him.
This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Orian Franklin Beumer, 85 years old, born on November 14, 1926, and passed away on May 29, 2012. We will remember him forever.
