|Otis, you will be forever missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.|
This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Otis Grant-Jennings, 62, born on March 15, 1949 and passed away on December 24, 2011. We will remember him forever.
"Dear Otis, The holidays are here and its another year that you are not.
On this anniversary of you passing from earth to heaven, we wanted to let you know how much you are loved and missed but you will always be here in our hearts!
Much love to you brother in-law!"
"Hey Pastor I cant begin to tell you how much I miss, miss , miss you! Thanks for rejoicin with us Sunday!! I love you."
It's been a while since i've been on here, but there has not been a day that I didn't have you in my thoughts. I love and miss you so much Uncle O. Continue to watch over us!!!"
"Hey big Bro. Today is your birthday and I know this has to be the best one ever for you, celebrating with the angels. I think of you everyday. I miss your smile, your laughter and your 'so full of life spirit.'"
"We thought of you with love today,
but that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday,
and days before that too.
We think of you in silence,
we often speak your name.
All we have are memories,
and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake,
with which we will never part.
God has you in His keeping,
we have you in our hearts.
Have a heavenly HAPPY BIRTHDAY Otis"
"Happy Birthday Uncle O!!!We love and miss you dearly..."
"To my beloved brother. It's been a little over 2 months since God called you home. Every time I look at any of your pictures, theres always an expression associated with it; sadness and joy. Sadness because you're gone from us. Joy because your presence always brought joy even when things were dim, you'd always a way of brightening up the day!"
Its still so unreal that you're not here with me. Sometimes I just sit in the room in the dark waiting for you to call my name. First Born, as you called me.... Im doing exactly what I promised you! Love you Daddy!"
"What's up Unc, There's so much going on right now since u've been gone. For 1, the Church needs a wake up call. It feels so uncomfortable now. Can u do me a solid? ;-) Ask God to touch the hearts of the members...We need it more than ever.
By the way, I hear that Whitney has joined the choir. GIVE GOD THE GLORY AND HE WILL GIVE YOU THE VICTORY. 143UO"
"My dear brother Otis, it's being about 1 month since the Lord called you home and you had to leave us. It still hurt a lot. On Friday evenings, I think of you preparing your supplies and making BBQ, gettin' your food truck ready for the week-end. The family as a whole is having a tough time but you are exactly where you are suppose to be; in the arms of our Ever Loving Father. Love you!"
"Uncle Otis, Thank you for being the pillar of our family. For planting seeds of wisdom and exhibiting what a true servant of Christ looks like. Thank you for teaching us that true praise is not contingent on our external circumstances. Even though you have gone on to be with The Lord, your role in our family, community and church will have an eternal impact. I love you and will miss you."
"Unc, I hear you...Everyone has told me. Now is the time and I've got it... I personally thought it would be better to see your face and hear your voice. I love you Uncle O, and u will certainly be proud of the MAN that I become!"
"I love you and miss so much...as i write this i cry because i think about the times that we have spent together......... Your presence was felt for March 15th, 1949 until December 24th, 2011....during that time you have touched many people.... Love you always <3"

"Otis, it has been said already but it is so true that no words can express all the emotions of admiration, appreciation and love for you! You were and will always be a huge part of my life but I know God is executing his plan and it is now time for you to be with him! Praise God for he is good all the time! So go and get your praise on brother. God bless you and the family."

Love your God-Daughter and great niece Niya."
