Public viewing will be held on Friday, July 20, 2012 at the M.W.Lee Mortuary from 2:00 PM until 6:00PM. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the funeral hour at the Midway Missionary Baptist Church, Atlanta, GA.

I miss our conversations. I have learned how much of a friend you were to me and I'm glad to have known you. OJ YOU ARE YOUR FATHER'S SON. I always thought I was talking to the old man when I would hear you sound so old with your advice. We will meet up again my friend.

Me and OJ were in JROTC together in highschool and I just want to give my condolences to his family and friends. OJ was a good person from what I remember of him. May he rest in peace.

Idk how I am just now knowing about this page. Owen has been gone from this earth for a while, but what I remember most, are the days OJ would come to my door & ask for me & we'd hang out for hours past dark. I didn't hang with many people because of how strict my mother was, but OJ always made time whenever he could to be the one friend who visited me on a regular. :) School hours were even more fun because it meant more time to hang out with him. Whether we had classes together or not, Owen was always around & when he left TX it was truly a bitter sweet moment as he gave me a hug goodbye & told me he'd be leaving because that meant no more laughs, arguments, or hang out time with my bestfriend. We stayed in contact for a while but communication slowly grew apart. I never forgot about you OJ & I'm sad that you're gone but I know you are with God now so that makes me smile. :) I love you bestfriend!

Being in JROTC with OJ was funny because him and I would at times bicker like brother and sister. But he will be truly missed. Love you dude
