Dear Papa, it doesn't seem like 5 years since you left us. It goes to show that your memory is alive so much so that time doesn't matter. There are so many good memories. I remember when I visited Cameroon you introduced me to palm wine and I developed a taste for it. We use to sit and drink and you would send me out to buy more. You described what was the good tasting one and I would try my best to Get it right. It was fun. What a lovely person you were. Good people are always missed and you're one of them. Always in our hearts and you with the angels

what is death?
Oh! it takes away the one we Love. It keeps a wound in our hearts which can't be healed. Oh!!! Grand Pa you have left a wound in my heart which can not be healed. I remember all the good times we spent together. When ever I was around you, you would be worried about what am going to eat, what would you give me to take to school? You told me to study hard and you always encouraged me.Who would there to replace you? NOBODY. I can't bear it anymore i know you have gone ahead to prepare a place for us. However I know God would send his Holy Spirit to comfort me and the rest of the family you left behind. We Love You but God Love you most.

My Darling Opa i dont know where to start or what to write because you have been a huge impact in my lifeand losing a great idol like you is too much to consolidate . I know we have blessed and lucky to have you around for all these years though i wish you could stay with us some more. You have been our hero and have lived an exemplilary live which i am glad to have a part of your live papa. Papa, they say rainbows are a promise of new tomorrow. There have been a lot of tomorrows that have come and gone; I only wish there could be “yesterdays,” too. I would go back again and again to the yesterdays when you were still here.
I acknowledge the battle and struggle through the valley of the shadow of death. Yet you had to let go because you understand and believed that when the good Lord call… all we His children can do is just to comply!
You definitely had a good inning and we thank God all mighty for making it possible. Like your middle name rightfully imply, Samson is Sun child; bright sun, you have left us but your bright sunlight will continue to shine forever. Papa, our family have come face to face with the reality that life is very precious, and that life is a gift of time on Earth which we should accept and celebrate each day. I remember the best fatherly care, teaching, discipline and love I received from you. I equally acknowledge and appreciate your continuous dedication, struggle and efforts towards my education and upkeep. Gone but not forgotten, you are the best dad and I will always love you. Finally I am consoled by the assurance that you are resting in the bosom of the Lord with no pains on those legs of yours. Now that you can comfortably walk without pains in Heaven, I promise that I will never disappoint you. I will always support and deliver all you believed in, yours is a son that will keep your memory alive forever. Please watch over us your children, give mummy your precious wife the strength and heart to take the loss. Dear Daddy Annoh,
It is with a heavy heart when we received the sad news of your going to the Lord. We reflect on the bond of brotherhood you shared with our late Father (Pa Egbe Liberty) and our entire family. You people were indeed brothers from different parents. Your love for us never failed even after your friend death as you were a caring father every child would like to have. We know you are going to meet your bosom in the land that is free from fear of death and problems. You were a master planner of the family as you have worked so hard with the fear of God. TRIBUTE TO PA TIKUM SAMSON ANNOH

It is with deepest sorrow and sadness that I write this tribute to you. God saw that pa was getting tired and a cure was not to be found. so he put his arms around him and whispered, ''come home with me''. I know you are happy now and no longer in pain. Pa showed me much love and those specail memories will always bring a smile. You always meant so much to me and always will do too. Though I can not see you, you are always at our side. We will celebrate your life because you were a good father rest in pace pa Samson.

Grandad , Neneh as we call you .We were planning to visit you in Cameroon in July , but it didn't happen because the Lord decided to take you before then. It's hard to believe that you're gone. You made us laugh when we spoke to you, even when you were in hospital. We will miss you dearly . You may not be here physically but you are still with us. May God keep you safe. Rest in peace Neneh.

I saw you through pains even as you try to recover. It was a privileged to meet to meet two beautiful and generous people, papa Samson and Mame Susan. Now papa is gone and he will be sorely missed. I first met papa when he visited UK, what a gently, kind spirit . When I visited Cameroon I couldn't have asked for more hospitality. Among many good memories of that trip, papa introduced me to palm wine, and we had a' ball' drinking it cos we liked it so much. It was fun going to the market to search for the best palm wine. You have left us but your light will keep shining and your memory will live on forever in my heart. I hope one day we will meet again in another life. HIp Hip hooray for papa Samson!

We have been so Lucky and Blessed to have had you for so long, Dear Papa.
The times we have spent together (including the jokes, laughter, advice, and care), have been priceless and will be cherished.

I dont know where  to start but papa you were a role model, A Very Very honest Man and a very wise man.You have accomplished and invested so much for your children, and grand children. As your granddaughter you always told me to be honest in life and to always trust God in all that i do. It's so hard because i was suppose to see you this month but God called you before i could spend time with you. You were the best grand father any child could ever ask for. Every time i spoke with you on the phone you gave me life, strength, and you spoke words of wisdom which always took me through. I dedicate my studies, and accomplishments  to you. I could go on and on about you but i thank God for you. Till we meet again RIP pa Samson Annoh Himself.

A TRIBUTE TO OUR FATHER, MENTOR AND FRIEND:

For me life has been incredibly interesting, painful and joyful in so many different ways. Throughout our lives, we are fortunate to meet many different individuals of powerful persuasion, many of whom are men and women: some are men, some are gentle men and some are...not. Only once in a while, or rarely, are we blessed to meet a truly GREAT man, such as Tikum Samson Annoh. He was an exceptional Father, mentor, and friend to me and hundreds of other people privileged to know and love him. Over the years, Dad has been the glue that has held our families together; and, in fact, he drove some of us to success. He had a deep and sympathetic concern for his family, friends, and neighbours. We can all tell stories of his friendly acts: some with clear advice in our moment of perplexity, some sharing of joy, and some flash of humor that played upon a period of dreary routine. Tom Brokaw says, "It is easy to make a buck. It's a lot tougher to make a difference." I can tell you that dad has absolutely made a difference in so many ways. I have learned so much from him over the years of my life, that it is inconceivable to tell it all.
I will always remember dad. I will miss him dearly and he will forever hold a special place in my heart. Our hearts are heavy with grief for the loss of our dear Daddy. We all loved him so much. Thank God for his influence in my life. May light perpetual shine upon him till we meet.

I remember sitting with PA in June 2014 in the house in Bamenda and we talked at length about family. I love every second I spent with him as I listened to him talk. Pa spoke with passion and conviction. My love and prayers are with Mami and the family and may the LORD keep us strong .Our lives are in His hands. Our days are in His hands. Pa will be missed and remembered always.
