She was Born in May 2,1954 to Louisa Jane "Craze" Powell and her Father William Thomas "Bill" Powell from Dade County. She was their only child. She grew up raised in church and Attended the Church of God down in Rising Fawn, Ga. Her Grand Mother on her father's side was Mammie Jones  and Grandpa was Grady Powell both from  Georgia, her Grandparent's on her Mom's side were William Craze and Blanch Hawkins. Jane was born in Alabama and Bill from Georgia. Anyways she grew up and Married G. Ronald Chapman Sr. In Dec, of 1972. She had her First born in 1973 which was a girl, then a son in 1976, then another Babygirl in 1978 and her last in 1979, Sh lost her youngest and only lived to be a month old. Us kids grew up and had kids of our own giving her a total of 5 Grandkids.
