This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Patricia Keating, 80, born on January 6, 1932 and passed away on June 30, 2012. We will remember her forever. Please leave a message of what she meant to you.
"We had many fun times ,my mom and pat and mike. Pat will always be very missed and loved as well as my mom."
"Miss you Pat, you were one of the best.......xoxo"
"Happy Birthday Pat. I think of you often, you are missed by all who knew you.....xoxo"
"Pat, you are missed by so many. Fortunately I got to be in on some of the laughs that you shared. I, like Connie, remember the parking lot at Furr's. I think we would be there from lunch to dinner just telling stories and making memories. You were one of a kind."
"Happy 83rd Birthday Pat.... Luv ya"
"I don't know why the first thing that always comes to mind when I think about Mom is the parking lot of Furr's. Because the dogs were inside and she didn't want to keep the van sitting idly running for hours, she would go out and drive around in circles in the parking lot. When some guy asked her why she was driving in circles, she told him. He told her she couldn't do that, she just said, "Well, I'm doin it". Gee, the laughs and tears we've shared."
"I will never forget you Pat. You and Mike helped make this "Elvis World" a lot of fun for many of us. Love you always, Judy"
"Pat, thinking of you today and all the great memories we made for our love of Elvis. Wish we could all go back and have a few more great Elvis years together to celebrate. You will always be in my thoughts and in my heart. Love you sande xoxoxo"
"Gone one year today and still missed just as much as ever. Today I am thinking of the years we had together in Memphis during Elvis week and it's putting a smile on my face. Yes I am sad for the loss of Pat that will always be there, but I am also happy for getting to know her and sharing special times with her. she will always have a place in my heart."
"I can't believe a year has passed. But that's the way it goes. I am sorry I let so much time pass since last seeing you Pat, and now it's too late. When my time comes, and I get to heaven, give me a call and say "It's only me". Love you still and miss you bunches."
"I enjoyed Pat's company, whether we were out at a restaurant, at the cemetary, out with the band or at home. She alway's treated me as a daughter. With Pat you never knew what crazy thing she would do next;she knew how to cut loose and enjoy the moment. I can close my eyes and see her sitting on the couch on 63rd st like it was yesterday. So many people will carry her their hearts forever."
"Pat was one of the dearest ladies I have ever met. She was so funny too. We shared lots of laughter and stories that I will never forget. She and Mike took good care of me and protected me when I left Graceland which has given them a forever spot in my heart. Love Pat and Mike loads".
"I never meet a nicer, more sweet, honest person in my life then Pat.She made me feel like a part of her life and family as soon as we meet.It was like we knew each other forever.I hadn't had any contact with her for several years, but thought of her always,so glad FB helped us find each other again,it was like it was meant to be.Pat will always be in my heart!!!!!luv you.............."
"Alot of memories but I don't miss her I see her everyday in my thoughts an one thing that stood out between us was You ready to race an anyone that new both of us together would know what that means an Mike you will always be my big brother an that is what she wants . Blessed be around her an blessed in my thoughts."
"Hi didn't know your mom. But i know how much you loved her. She will be missed by you Mike very much and eveyone who's heart she touched."
"When I think of Pat, a smile immediately comes to my face. No one in this world could make me laugh like Pat. When she told a story, she would act it out until you peed your pants from laughter. My family was so blessed to have known her. She was the "Little Colonel" to me during the Johnny Spence years...and yes, he loved her as a mom, too."
"So many stories, I could write a book! I remember her laughter, remember when she sang "Shanty" . And who forget the "rolling across the floor?" She was a very generous person. Opened her house to you if you needed it. Miss her terribly."
