Memories of Pat
I don't think I ever had more fun than when your Mom was around... We lalughed and laughed. Connie and I were hooked for sure. I loved our "Cafeteria Time" when we could stay as long as we wanted and share lots of Elvis stories as well as Elvis fan stories.... Lots of memories from "back in our day". Both of you have had added many memories to my life and I thank you for that.
Another memory is helping Pat with our Elvis candles when she was in the office working on them. I was somewhat in awe of her but one day noticed she needed some more tape. It took all the nerve I had to ask her if she wanted me to find her some if I could. She said "yes, thank you" and I was okay after that. That was before all our laughs started. She was so precious.
She told a story once ( I'll probably get details wrong ) about she and a friend going to an Elvis concert and tried to find him afterwards. I think they did. If I remember correctly, Mike, you got left at home on that one.
I always laughed so hard while she was telling the stories I apologize if I left out some details.
I loved her dearly and so glad God granted me the opportunity to have called her "my friend".
