Patricia Oakley Cox, 55, a lifetime resident of Granville County passed away Friday, December 26, 2014 at the home of her Mother.
A native of Granville County, the daughter of Phyllis Puckett Oakley. She was a member of Hester Baptist Church and worked at RHA Health Services in Creedmoor for twenty-four years and Murdoch Center for several years.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 29, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Eakes Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Mike Allen. Burial will be in Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Surviving are her husband David Cox of Stem, a daughter, Elizabeth Nicole Moore of Rougemont, her mother, Phyllis P. Oakley of Oxford, a sister, Robin O. Wheeler of Stem, a brother, Dale L. Oakley of Oxford, a grandson, Timothy Wayne Bailey and many great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Coy Landis Oakley.

Visitation will be held Sunday Evening, December 28, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford and at other times the home of her Mother Phyllis Oakley.
