Perry and I were Officer Cadets on SOC 2. A rather tough course; nothing seemed to bother him. . In later years, I came to the conclusion that he had swallowed the Manual of Staff Duties.

MY condolence to Dawn & Family,on the loss of Perry he will be truly missed.I was privilaged to meet Perry in his life,and shared views about many topics about our native country Guyana among many friends,Perry no doubt was sure Loved by all, as TO KNOW HIM IS TO LOVE HIM, for his hospality at his residence,his love for Humanity ,kindness,thoughtfulness and most of all his family And God,Perry you will be truly missed may you R.I.P
