Portia Shanora Jackson was born on July 3, 1980 to Mary J. Marshall/ Patton and Micheal Jackson in Concord, Massachusetts.

She attended Middle School in Concord, Massachusetts. Later she attended Benjamin Russell High School in Alexander City, Alabama.

Portia was known by her beautiful smile and generosity. She was a very artistic and poetic person.

One Grandmother Mrs. Sarah Jackson preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memories six children; Tiana, Tadalius, Arianna, Malachi, Talathian, and Josiah. One sister, Janet Marshall. One Brother Girburk Marshall and Two other brothers. Grandfather and Grandmother Mr. Henry (Betty) Reese of Alexander City, Alabama. A host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
