How I miss you!!!!!!!

June 7, 2021
As I sit at work, I still remember the night of June 7th and torrential rain pounding down on us as we slept outside in summer.  i still remember dad coming to us and announcing your birth and we were so overjoyed at your coming.
As I sit at work I also remember when you left us and the bitter tears that rolled of my eyes. I miss you little one, you will always be on my mind and my heart. Your departure left a hole in my heart which is still not filled. It will never be filled. I love you bhaiya and imagine you in the arms of My Lord.

The torn shirt

May 29, 2016

You were in school, may in 5th grade. You came home with a tear in your uniform. Mom could not fix it since she was always working. That was the first time I remember fixing  anything for anyone. Somehow in a very inexperienced way i fixed the torn shirt. Why do I remember this! You were happy that I sew your shirt even though it was not a steller job and were grateful. But you know Guduu, you taught me for the first time what it was like to be an older sister. I am grateful for that torn shirt... I love you little one and I miss you so much.

My first Boss....

March 1, 2013

Prashant Sumnath was very caring, funloving and an awesome human being...qualities one rarely finds in a boss.

Fresh out of college after my MBA, he was the most ideal boss, I could have asked for. Will never forget all the campus visits we did togeter, Mumbai and Pune..the recruitment drives on Kalpataru sites.. his awesome dabba, which he always shared..lunches he took us to and not to forget never failing to drop me home after a long day of work. (we both stayed in Kharghar)

He was a rare gem.. cant tell u how much i miss you prashant..  every time i needed some advice you were always there to guide me...

going to your home, attending your Jam sessions.. i remember so many moments spent with you..

you are always remembered sir...miss you. Am sure you are rocking in heaven

The day God called you home

May 25, 2011

.  The day God called you home

God looked around his garden
And He found an empty place.
He then looked down upon this earth,
And saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He saw that the road was getting rough.
And the hills are hard to climb,
So He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered "Peace be thine".
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you
That day that God called you home

2.  I am free

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free,
I'm following paths God made for me
I took his hand, I heard him call
Then turned, and bid farewell to all
I could not stay another day
To laugh, to love, to sing, to play
Tasks left undone must stay that way
I found my peace ... at close of play
And if my parting left a void
Then fill it with remembered joy
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss
Ah yes, these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened... deep with sorrow
I wish you sunshine of tomorrow
My life's been full I've savoured much
Good friends, good times
A loved one's touch
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your hearts and peace to thee
God wanted me now
He set me free.

I remember him everyday & he is constantly in my thoughts.  I miss him so much & still do not believe he is no more living.  All my love & prayer's go to my dear brother Prashant Sumanth a.k.a. Guddu.................

Talking with him on the web Cam

June 6, 2010

As usual I always connect the web cam to see if my brother has come back from work.  So that day as soon as I clicked on camera I heard a very strange tamil song was being played & Guddu (my brother) was shaking his head to the beat of the song.  I started laughing & wondered what is he listening to!  Then he said , "Boss, this is real music & sometimes I like to listen to it", I quickly pressed the record button got this video.

Prashant was most fun to be with. 100 % enjoyment guaranteed . His laughter was so contagious , it compelled you to smile even if you dint want to . A person with a big heart . was so caring and loving .

Eating out with Prashant sir was amazing . he always took me and his team from office to the most authentic places .  Candies at Bandra our favourite eat out joint from office .  He loved continental food . He packed lots of food for us from home and got in office and fed us . We had nicknamed him Mother Goose .

He always reached out to people . Just such an amazing guy !! i regret not spending quality time with him lately and regret bothering him with my whinings .

He was such a support ... He was a Rock Star... .
