This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Ralph Carter, 65, born on April 29, 1949 and passed away on August 8, 2014. We will remember him forever as someone who always made us laugh.
His memorial will be at Steele's Family Funeral Home at 207 Burns Ln in Winter Haven on Thursday, August 14th, at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Cancer Research Institute at http://www.cancerresearch.org

Soooo sorry. As we have said before he was so very good to us lazzara girls when we were young. Having us over, playing games, buying us things. We really didn't have a functioning father at the time & he felt for us. Very kind.
