A BIG COVER UP BY THESE MARINES!! THE TRUTH WILL EXPOSE YOU!! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL YOU ALL ARE IN JAIL!! GOD'S JUSTICE WILL FOLLOW YOU UNTIL HIS TIME IS RIGHT!! CRIME SCENE WAS STAGED!! MY NEXT COMPLAINT WILL BE WITH THE FBI....

I was thinking about when you were in Boot Camp you asked me in a letter if I could get a t -shirt made for one of your SERGEANT DRILL INSTRUCTOR some printing on the back shirt (I HATE EX-WIFES AND RECRUITS!! Now I think he should not have been doing that job if he hated it so bad....Then he even traveled to your Home Coming Party and would tell you to tell the other Marines you were cousins!! Was he setting you up?? I am still not convinced that you took your own life, there was a cover up and I know one day it will come to light!! Too many lies and there's things I know that you confided in me!!
I KNOW WHO THE THREE THAT WERE INVOLVED IN THE COVER UP, IT WAS THE SGT. THE MARINE COOK AND THE ONE THAT CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND TOOK MY SON'S JEANS AND STOLE THEM WHEN WE WERE NOT HOME!! HE WAS USING DRUGS AND HE WAS SO SUCKED UP!! THERE IS SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED BUT HE WAS THREATEN THAT THEY WOULD DO TO HIM WHAT WAS DONE TO MY SON!! THINGS ARE CATCHING UP TO THEM!! MY SON DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM ANYMORE BECAUSE HE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE UP TOO!! MY SON STAYED AWAY FROM PEOPLE THAT WOULD DO DRUGS THAT WAS NOT HIS INTEREST. HOW BLIND WITH GRIEF WAS I NOT TO SEE IT ALL IN THE BEGINNING!! RAMIRO WAS MOVING UP IN RANKS REAL FAST AND THEY WERE JEALOUS OF HIM. THE NCIS BELIEVED THESE 3 MARINES!! THEN TWO OF THEM HAD THE NERVE TO BE AT HIS FUNERAL!! I WAS SO BLIND THAT I DIDN'T PUT TWO AND TWO TOGETHER!! THE SGT. EVEN LIED ABOUT HIS EX WIFE SO THAT HE COULD TAKE CUSTODY OF HIS DAUGHTER AND TAKE HER AWAY FROM HER MOTHER!! BECAUSE SHE DIVORCED HIM.THAT CAME OUT OF HIS MOUTH AND I HEARD!!

Son I don't know what else I can do to get justice for you. The Government is so corrupt and NCIS is working with the Marine corps and they said that their report doesn't match with Adams who was witness when you were murdered!! Of course it's not going to match, there was a cover up. God please expose the people that killed him.

Today you would have been celebrating your Birthday Son and it is so hard to live without you in our lifes we carry you in our hearts always! There is not one day that I don't think of you. Our lifes are not the same without you, everywhere we go there's always something that reminds me of you and I get sad. I know you are in God's glory and there is no better place than where your at. I'm looking forward to the day God will reunite us again. That is what keeps me going, a Child should never have to leave before their Parents!! Your Dad and I are so torn up from losing you, we comfort each other by taking about all the good times we had together with you and your brother's and sister's. We love you Son!!

Judgement day is getting closer for the truth to come out and let our guilty ones get what they deserve for killing my Son!! RAMIRO WAS BORN ON 6-21-1983 THE FIRST OF TWIN BROTHERS. BORN TO RACHEL AND RAMIRO HERNANDEZ IN BAKERSFIELD CALIFORNIA!! HE HAS 5 SIBLINGS TWIN BROTHER JOE, BROTHER RAYMOND AND JEREMY, 2 SISTERS DIANA REYES AND STEPHANIE SANCHEZ. HE GRADUATED FROM BAKERSFIELD HIGH SCHOOL IN 2002. HE WAS ACTIVE AS AN EXPLOER SHERIFF'S DEPT. HE WAS INVOLVED IN FOOTBALL AND WRESTLED ALL THROUGH GRADE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL. DURING HIS SENOR YEAR IN HIGH SCHOOL HE WORKED AT KERN SECURITY AFTER SCHOOL. HE WANTED TO BE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT. HE ENLISTED IN THE MARINE CORP. 10/2006 AND WAS DOING REALLY GOOD!! AFTER BOOTCAMP HE TOLD ME HE WANTED TO BECOME A DRILL INSTRUCTOR AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO SOMETHING GOOD IN THE MARINES. HE GOT PROMOTIONS AND HE GOT HONOR ROLL AND THE PAUL E. ISON AWARD. THE DAY MORNING THEY FOUND HIM DEAD IN HIS BARRACKS HE WAS GETTING PROMOTED TO CORP. RAMIRO LOVED HIS LIFE AND THEY WAS NOTHING HE WOULDN'T DO TO HELP SOMEONE IN NEED!! HE LOVED HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS!! HE LOVED TAKING OUT HIS BOAT WITH HIS FRIENDS AT HIS SPARE TIME!! HE WAS VERY WELL LIKE BY HIS FRIENDS PARENTS AND ANYONE THAT HE CAME IN CONTACT WITH!! MY SON WAS FOUND DEAD IN HIS BARRACKS ON THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF AUG. 20TH 2007 BY HIS ROOMATE!! HIS BODY WAS MOVED FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER. THE LOG BOOK FROM THE BARRACKS CAME UP MISSING THE DAY OF HIS DEATH. THERE WAS A BROKEN FINGERNAIL THAT DID NOT BELONG TO HIM FOUND IN HIS ROOM. A BROKEN BOTTLE THAT WAS DEPOSED OF AFTER HIS DEATH THAT WAS NOT TESTED FOR DNA. A CO CALL FRIEND THAT POSTED ON HIS MYSPACE ON AUG. 19TH 2007 AT 5:02 PM RIP BRO, HOW DID HE KNOW HE WAS DEAD IF HIS BODY WAS NOT FOUND UNTIL THE EARLY MORNING OF THE 20TH. WHAT A LIE HE SAID THAT THE DATE ON HIS COMPUTER WAS WRONG!! I AM STILL WANTING ANSWER'S BUT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW HARD IT IS TO GET ANWERS FROM OUR GOVERMENT!! MY SON WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING TO IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN!! SOMEONE TOOK HIS LIFE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE HIM A CHANCE TO BECOME THE MAN HE WANTED TO BE!!
