Raul and Lucio met about two years ago. Lucio was the true love of Raul's life. They were able to share a short time together. Raul was so very happy to have found such an amazing Partner. Our family will never let him go. We love you Lucio!

Raul looked forward to the holidays and getting together with his family to have a yummy meal and work on a puzzle! It sometimes took hours and tons of patience, teamwork, and dance breaks with the kids but they always got it done!

Raul loved playing card games like Mille Bornes and 3-13 with his family, even if his mom sometimes beat him and won the game. Of course, being good at games must have run in his family :)

Raul loved hanging out at Rabbits Foot Meadery in Sunnyvale, where he got to hang out with some cool folks, drink delicious things like Biere De Miel, talk about life and random nerdy things, and was a proud mug club member. He met many of his closet friends here and developed many wonderful memories.

Raul perfected his mad skills on rhythm games such as DDR and Beatmania IIDX at places like Sunnyvale Golfland, and met and friended other likeminded gamers. He was fortunate to also work with many video game companies doing what he loved.

...has always been Benihana! Many celebrations here :) Just no onions or garlic, please!

Raul became an Uncle in 2011 with the birth of Landon... but we finally got him to hold a baby when he became an Uncle for the 2nd & 3rd time with twins Peyton & Suzie :)
