A son of the late Walter R. and Mary L. Castelucci Otlowski, he was a disc jockey and was a life member of the VFW. He loved his music and car cruises and served in the Army during the Korean Conflict.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Patricia "Pat" on Sept 23, 1983.
Surviving are: a sister Joy Otlowski and Gene-Amack, a son and daughter-in-law Joseph and Darlene Otlowski,of Darlington; Elaine Trainer  Az., a daughter Dawn Otlowski Fender, Salem, Ohio.  Brandy Otlowski Shutler, Lansdowne Va; grandchildren,Cameron Otlowski, Briana Otlowski, Cherokee Shutler, Cheyenne Shutler, Hunter Shutler,Jordan Fender, Isabella Baird, Matthew Baird, Mike Baird, Zac Baird, Haley Baird, Bobby Baird, Eddie Baird, Nathan Baird.
