When Rich came into our lives, he was ready to take on a wife and two sons.  From the day we started living together you would not have been able to tell that he was learning to adjust to a ready made family.  He told me I have been looking for you for seven years.  He was a great husband and a very good father.  He taught the boys to be men, and I am very proud of the job he did.  Jerry and Lyle are both good husbands and fathers.  They are taking everything that Rich taught them and passing it on to their families.  Rich believed in family first and it was very easy to see.  He alway believed that a true man would live up to his word.  If he made a statement or promise to someone then he followed through to make sure that it was done.  He said a man was only as good as his word.  I found out that he learned alot from a great man named Larry Lythgoe his uncle.  If you ever had a chance to meet Uncle Larry you would understand.  He helped raise Rich after Rich lost his father in a car accident.  Uncle Larry thank you for instealing such great values into Rich.
