Rita was a welcome extension of my dear friend Billie. Where Billie went, so went Rita. You added so much adventure and joy to her life. She loved sharing everything with you. And we loved it when she did. As one of the girls traveling to Las Vegas. At the pumpkin patch entertaining the kids (big and small). Accompanying you with a van full of balloons and helping set up the next event. Rita was always so welcoming and kind and sweet. She leaves that legacy in and through her only daughter. So many good memories for me. She was so proud of you. I think she was happiest when you were happy. That's all any mom wants for her kids. Be happy Billie. There is no more pain, no more worry, no more struggles. Rita is smiling down on all of us and we will see her again. I love you.
