Robert “Bob” Budd Shelly, age 56, of Thorofare, NJ passed away on Sat., April 6, 2013 in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.

Bob loved hunting, fishing and Harleys.  He was devoted to his children, and enjoyed long walks with his dog “Baby”.

Beloved husband of Romaine Shelly (nee Sigafoos), he was the loving son of Claire (nee Hampton) and the late James Russell Shelly. Bob was the devoted father of Rachael, Randi, and Russell Shelly all of Thorofare, and the step-father of Joelene Alvino of Franklinville and Chad and his wife Nicole Everwine of Pedricktown.  He was the brother of Donna Hartranft of DE, Richard Shelly of Washington Twp. and the late James Shelly.  He was the dear uncle of Jill Flick, Laurie Lentz, Justin Shelly and uncle and Godfather of Jamie Shelly. He was the dear step-grandfather of Chad and Olivia Everwine. Bob also left behind his beloved dog, Baby.

Bob did not want a funeral service or anyone to feel sad at this time, so his wishes were for his family and friends to get together, celebrate his life, and have a few laughs along with a few beers at CAP‘N CATS CLAM BAR AND TAVERN, 1416 Crown Point Road, Verga, on Sunday, April 14th at 1 pm.
