Mr. Robert Lewis Elder, born April 20, 1939, of Newnan, Georgia to the late Mr. John Wesley Elder and Leola Henry Elder.  He departed his life on June 2, 2014  

  He joined Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church at an early age and worked faithfully in the church.  He attended the Coweta County School System.  

  He was a Master Gardener and kept everything immaculate, never starting a job that he did not complete.  God called him home to attend His Garden.  

  He was mourning the departure of his nephew (Jerome E. Coleman) who departed his life on March 3, 2014.  

  Mr. Robert L. Elder leaves to cherish his memory, a very devoted loving sister, Ms. Nancy Elder Coleman; niece, Mrs. Pearl Patillo Coleman; nephew, Mr. Tyrone Anderson Coleman; great nephews, Jamal, Jarrett and Tyrone Jr.; great great nephews; aunts, Mrs. Betty Reese Henry, Mrs. Alma Jean Henry Carter; a host of loving cousins, relatives and friends; a devoted cousin, Mr. Ted Elder of Boston, MA.
