Accomplishments in the midst of trials

May 27, 2012

He lost his father at 16 years old and left High school to support the family of 9 .At 20 he was drafted and served his country in Japan and when he came home he went back to school and graduated at 22.  He and his brother Armand went to Wisconsin seeking work but the plan went on strike and they came back.
That's when I met him  at Arrow Needle plant . I had gotten laid off at my plant and I went here while waiting to be called back. We got married in 1955 and after one year moved to California where he worked as a puch press operator and went to school nights to learn drafting. while raising 5 children . We came back here in 1965 in Manchester N.H. and he continued his schooing  and we had two more children . Then his dream came true . He got his first drafting job at the Water Works  But it was short lived . He passed away suddenly from a heart attack.
The moral to this is syou can do anything if you put your mind to it .
