Robert Fred Cook, Jr., 79, of West Point, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2013.

Funeral services for Mr. Cook will be held Saturday, March 30, 2013, at 2:00 PM EDT from the First United Presbyterian Church of West Point. Reverend Gerald Ledbetter will officiate. 

Interment will be in Marseilles Cemetery. 

The family will greet friends Friday evening from 5:00 PM EDT until 7:00 PM EDT at McCarthy Funeral home.

In lieu of flowers Mrs. Cook’s family has requested donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church of West Point or to Beulah United Methodist Church.

What a treasure of memories he leaves for his family... I know you will cherish each one of them. My oldest memory of him is showing off the car he built when I was a very little girl. I thought he must have been the smartest man in the world. To me he will always be Uncle Fred and he will be missed. Love and peace to all of you.
