Obituaries

Robert Weston, Jr., 61, of Terre Haute, passed away at 11:40 PM on Friday, September 21, 2012 in Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Chicago, IL on November 17, 1950 to Robert Weston Sr. and Florence Swanson Weston. He was a self-employed contractor and had also worked at Chesty Foods. He is survived by his wife Lynda Cromer Weston; step-son Michael Freeman & Christopher Freeman, daughters Michelle Sanders and Mirah Baumgardner, and son Bobby Weston. Also surviving is one sister, Mary Ann Weston and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 3:00 PM. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday from 2:00 – 3:00 PM. Cremation will follow services.

I remember when I was little and he held me, I used to love to lay my head on his chest when he was talking because of the depth of his voice. I can still hear his laugh echoing thru his chest to my head....love u dad!
