I am so sorry for your loss. I am a Philadelphian and I was born in 1968 so I was close to the age of Rochelle. I remember when the tragedy happened and to this day I have not forgotten Rochelle's name. She is surely an angel in heaven. God bless you.

Rochelle Marie Graham was my daughter Rochelle Graham was the love of my life . It will be 39 years she has been gone there not a day go by that I don't miss her she was a very smart girl and I was bless that her and her brother and 5 sister was in my life. I want to thank the person who made this page.

I was 19 years old when I saw the news broad cast and then seeing Rochelle's picture on the front of the daily news paper the next day. I remember how sad I felt and how I cried that this could happen to a little girl. I was shocked and in disbelief. Since then, I think about her often and still shed tears as I am now when I do. At the time I lived in north Philadelphia. I don't have any tides to the family nor to the case. I was just a 19 year old man at the time who was deeply sadden by what happened and how it happened. My heart went out to this little girl and her family. Today I just happen to think of her while I was online and I came across this site. I don"t have anything else to say with the exception, I remember her smile and that she wore glasses.I don't know who created this memorial but as a stranger I remain heart broken over her death and will never forget her.
