I watch my little boy become a man right in front of me once again....He was dressed in his uniform, helment and weapons across his chest - there was nothing I could do but watch my son march off to WAR......

My little boy became a man that day and I couldn't stop it.....

After a week of having things in the air, not knowing when he was going to depart - it finally came....The moments that lead up to that moment did not hit until Rod march off with his unit, looked back and he was gone....I couldnt see my son load a plane, get on a bus - he just disappeared around the buildiing....

      

Rod loved to go fishing and this is proof...it was a way of him to relax and be his self....

Rod was born first and then God blessed me with another Angel - Joshua....Both boys were different as night and day.....Always said, Rod was my Angel and Joshua was my Devil.....Rod was quite and shy....Joshua open and adventerous....Rod held moms hand a little longer before adventuring out....Joshua let go and took on life....

Both of my sons are a true blessing and I thank God for every single moment I have the in my life. 


I am one lucky mom to have them in my life.....
