Rosie's life journey continued- 1954

November 4, 2013

Fast forward to May 1954-  Pablo Toledo Guerrero Jr. is born in Pensacola, Florida  ( Our Dad was stationed in the U.S. Navy in Florida, and Rosie and Jr were the only 2 born in the U.S.) to Pablo and Angelina Guerrero from Bacoor, Cavite and Kawit, Cavite, The Philippines islands.  He is the fourth child born to Pablo and Angelina Guerrero and the 3rd son born to the family.  There to greet Pablo Jr. to the family are big brothers, Johnny & Frankie and big sister Rosie.  So this is the start of a  sibling bond, since Rosie (being the only girl) cares for Jr like a little Momma.  Taking care of him and carrying him around all the time and trying to be his protector in life.  This is by far the closest bond anyone can have only 2nd to the bond of a Mother and child, you can have that comes naturally and can never be broken.  Comes with the natural bond of Mother-child and siblings is unconditional love for one another.  With this in mind, we all know death doesn't feel natural to accept, that's why it hurts so much when a loved one dies.  Mankind was meant to live forever in perfect paradise with no sickness or death. (Revelation 21:4 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eye, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.  The former things have passed away.")  Please Jehovah God remember my loving sister Rosie.  We all miss her and love her very much.

Rosie's life journey 1953

October 22, 2013

Rosalinda Toledo Guerrero born January 7, 1953 to Angelina Ronquillo Toledo Guerrero and Pablo Cosme Guerrero.  Born at Pensacola, Florida where our dad was stationed in the U.S. Navy with older brothers Johnny and Frankie to welcome their new little sister Rosalinda. (Rosie always said she was made in Hawaii, born in Florida, because that's where they where stationed in Hawaii before her birth in Florida.) She was my mother's first born daughter and third born child, she was a very beautiful baby girl  with lots of black hair. (My mother always put a beautiful bow in her hair, from pictures I saw of her as a baby.) It was Wednesday, January 7th, 1953 the day Rosie was born. The US president was Harry S. Truman.  The #1 song in the USA was "Don't let the Stars Get in Your Eyes"-singer Perry Como. In 1953 the Polio vaccine was developed and the H-bomb was created and My sister Rosie was born.  These were all very life changing events in 1953. I will never forget you Sis. Much Love!
