His Life

TV

August 25, 2017

When I first married he put together our first tv. It wasn't the best with a broken antenna that we had to put alumminum foil on to get a couple of channels and it was about a 13 inch tv but he made sure I had a tv to watch. That's something I will never forget, we didn't have any money to buy one so he made sure we had one.

Giver

August 17, 2016

My Dad would help any one that needed help! I've seen him take gallons of water to a former neighbor that had her water cut off.
He would also take that former neighbor to the store and sit in the car for hours while she did her grocery shopping.
He volunteered at a Community Center and helped the best he could.

Anytime that one of his kids needed help, he would try his best to help us!

Tomboy

August 17, 2016

Growing up I was the biggest tomboy and I would hang around my Dad and brothers. My brothers didn't like it so much but I hung in there anyway. My Dad was making them work and I wanted to work. They didn't want to work so they were not happy and they definitely didn't want their little sister around bothering them but my Dad made them.

Milk Man

One of the first things I can remember as a little girl about my Dad is he drove a milk truck and would bring home chocolate milk for us! It was like Heaven.
