Saturday, as Susan and I lay carnations,(pink of course), on the grave you share with Daddy, I can't get over the fact that a year has passed so swiftly by..Not having you here with us is so painful, my heart feels like it'll never be able to mend. For myself, the hardest days, by far, are when I reach for the phone to ask for your advice on how to best comfort Susan, and I can't listen to your reassuring words any longer. Just to hear your voice again would be heaven on earth for me.I love you with all my heart and always will. I pray that you, Daddy and Eddie are together, ready to welcome me, with never-ending joy and love.
