Mr. Samuel Andrew Carroll, Jr., age 70 of Roopville, Georgia passed away at his home on August 25, 2013 after several years of declining health.  

Funeral services for Mr. Carroll were conducted on Tuesday, August 27, 2013, 2:00 P.M. at the Glenloch Baptist Church with the Reverends Bo Hendon and Neil Awbrey officiating.   Mr. Carroll’s oldest son, Tony Carroll gave a loving tribute to his father. Music was provided by Ginger Stutts and Bo Hendon. Those serving as pallbearers were Wendell Jiles, Gary Parker, John Farmer, Bobby Atkins, Brad Cole, and Bill Edmonson.

The entombment followed in the church cemetery.
