Scott was born and raised in Richmond, Indiana.  His parents are Father, Ken Jordan and Mother, Jane Cooper.  His stepparents are Step-Father, Ernest Cooper, and Step-Mother, Sue Jordan.  He had many brothers and sisters:  Sisters: Patricia Cooper, Shan Kempton, Amy Fosdick and Amanda Cox.   Brothers: Curt Cooper, Kenny Jordan and Eric Cooper.  He had two sons, Bart Porfido and Kevin Jordan and two daughters, Beth Porfido and Monica Jordan.  He had several nieces and nephews.  He graduated from Richmond High School in 1
